Bio:

Roy Flannel is a odd man out, not very many children would be gifted with such a bountiful mind, able to solve the toughest questions with ease.

Roy is very gentleman-like in the public, showing his best motives for politeness no matter what happens or where he is, but when he's in the clear, he's getting very dirty, working in his dad's huge laboratory & building new machines and prototypes that he hopes that will advance mankind, or at least, get a jump start on a new gen.  His grades in school are top notch being the highest the Ibanez High School staff has ever seen, but he wasn't the fitness type since he couldn't keep up with the rest of the class. But, he's nonetheless a smart guy.

His dad is a world famous inventor that gets tired relentlessly, having no free time. Almost a week ago, Roy's dad had to take a tour all over the world to demonstrate his newest inventions. He left Roy in charge of the house and even adds that he won't be back for a year or two, and gave him a list of responsibilities he must attend to. Roy felt a little weird having the house all to himself, but since the house's system AI, Exa, is alongside him both outside and at home, he'll be ready to tackle the day.

Ever since Dead Bird has risen back on his feet from his defeat 5 years ago, Roy also has one last major task to comply to, and it being the most important: protecting a highly unstable prototype Cartridge Drive, that holds immense power (Tabuu's moveset), and if fallen into the wrong hands, could cause Doomsday in an instant, putting Roy in an ultimate struggle against life and death.

 His crafted weapon, the "Surprise Box V.2.1", is able to help defend himself and the home from any incoming danger with a number press from the button pad. He also has two plasma guns to shoot from his sides, in case there's something that quickly comes up, or if he just wants to have fun acting like a real cowboy.
